Start by talking about body movements:
Start by asking students about different types of movements they usually do in everyday life or in physical education lessons:
What movements do we make when we run, jump or dance?
How does it feel in the body when we do these movements?
Give examples of some common body movements and link them to specific body parts:
How do our legs move when we run?
How do we move our arms when we balance?
Implementation (approx. 20 min):

Grouping: Divide students into pairs or small groups.

Create movements: Have each group choose a piece and create a movement that resembles the shape of the piece, such as jumping in a circle if the piece is round.
